If a product(s) is found to have been opened or used, then no refund will be given.
Faulty Items: If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at email@example.com we will arrange an exchange/refund. Unfortunately, we cannot receive any claims after 3 days of you receiving your order.
Returned Parcels/Incorrect address: If you entered a wrong address when ordering and your parcel is returned to us, a fee of 200 THB for shipping and handling will apply for us to resend your order. If you prefer to have your order refunded instead of shipped again, a 200 THB handling/admin fee will be deducted from the refund value.
Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the returned products and the refund will be paid into your account used to make the initial purchase.
